Getting a better identification

• Fill the frame. The item should be most of the picture.
• Use daylight, not flash. Flash flattens exactly the surface texture that indicates age.
• Keep the background plain. A patterned rug confuses the model.
• Photograph the mark. Look underneath, on the back, or along an edge. This is the single biggest improvement you can make, and without it we will not name a maker at all.

Why is the maker blank?

Because no mark was legible in your photographs. We would rather leave it empty than invent a name — a wrong maker is worse than no maker, and it is the mistake AI models make most readily. Add a close-up of a stamp or signature and try again.

Why is there no price range?

Because there were too few comparable listings on eBay to build one honestly. A range drawn from two listings is a coincidence, not information, so we show nothing instead.

Managing your subscription

Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops future renewals. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us — use reportaproblem.apple.com.

I restored my purchase but Premium is not active

Restoring works only for the Apple ID that made the original purchase. Check in iOS Settings that you are signed in with that account, then use "Restore purchases" in Antiquo's Settings screen again.

I changed phones and my collection is gone

Your collection is stored on the device only, and we hold no copy of it. We are sorry — there is nothing we can restore. This is a limitation we intend to remove in a future version.
