By downloading, installing, and using CardVault: TCG Card Scanner ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iOS device.
You retain ownership of all card collection data you upload. You grant us a license to store, display, and process your data to provide the Service.
Content posted in the marketplace must be accurate and not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.
The App, including code, design, and graphics, is our intellectual property. Trading card game properties (including but not limited to Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh) are owned by their respective publishers. We do not claim ownership of card images from third-party sources.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy of card prices, grades, or market data. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, revenue, profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
We may terminate your access for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, you lose the right to use the App, and your data may be deleted after 90 days.
The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
