How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find CardVault, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

Why isn't my card being recognized?

Make sure the card is well-lit, fully visible, and the image is in focus. Try different angles. Some rare or heavily damaged cards may need manual entry.

Is my collection data backed up?

Yes. Your collection syncs to our secure cloud servers automatically when you're signed in. Your data is also cached locally for offline access.

How are card prices calculated?

Prices are sourced from multiple TCG marketplaces and updated regularly. Actual selling prices may vary. Use them as a guide.

Can I export my collection?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export Collection to download your data.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell your personal or collection data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What TCG games are supported?

We currently support Pokemon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh. More games may be added in future updates.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
